In order to schedule your visit, we need some information about your family and heroes.

Start with the Family Information Form:

After that, you will be asked to complete a more detailed form about each of your children.

NOTE: Once you schedule your visit day, you will be directed to a payment page. We ask that you put down a $100 deposit that will then be applied to your enrollment fee.
